MindAbility provides coaching and consultancy to HR Founders. Its product, the ‘Business Clinic’, a community of Founders, resourcings + guest speakers, wasn’t achieving the volume of sales that was desired and had hit a glass ceiling.
Through a Design Review + Strategy, the entire business + its product suite was analysed and number of recommendations pitched and made.
