Future at Work | Campaign Identity

 

Adecco Group is a global network of industry-leading recruitment and workplace solutions brands spanning multiple sectors. This was a three-year internal campaign supporting their transformation into a streamlined business, with three main branded units under a single parent company.

Over 17,000 people from across multiple organisations and countries joined the leaders’ virtual conference, with 98% of attendees agreeing that they had a clear understanding of Adecco’s strategy. 

Since programme launch, 94% of Adecco’s 34,000 people have completed workshops with their line managers, using the leadership toolkits, playbooks, online stories, and wider collateral designed by Media Zoo.

  • Challenge

    Adecco Group is a global network of industry-leading recruitment and workplace solutions brands spanning multiple sectors. They approached Media Zoo to help them create and deliver a three-year internal campaign supporting their transformation into a streamlined business, with three main branded units under a single parent company.

    The campaign needed to be global, reach all levels of the business and include animation, visual merchandising, and film. It started with internal communications to Adecco’s top 3,000 leaders, accompanied by branded transformation toolkits to support regional implementation.

  • Solution

    Design development began following client workshops that defined the brands and the Adecco messaging for each. The result was a ‘messaging house’, which provided a reference point and framework for all the design that followed.

    The Design Director worked directly with Adecco’s Global Art Director, to ensure ongoing visual and strategic alignment with the wider company's goals.
